Does authenticity mean mint-condition packaging?
Authenticity and condition are different. Please review each listing’s photos and condition details for the specific product, packaging and edition offered. Our authenticity guarantee is not a promise of flawless packaging.
What about signed collectibles or mystery assortments?
Review the listing for the exact item, included documentation, or assortment terms. A signature’s certification is stated only when supplied with that listing. Mystery purchases do not guarantee a specific character unless the listing explicitly says so.
What should I do about an authenticity concern?
